Refund & Returns Policy
1. Overview
Thank you for shopping with us at ARDM Technology. We aim to deliver high‑quality mobile accessories and ensure your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or request a refund under the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals and invoice.
- If the item is opened, used, damaged (beyond what is needed for inspection), or missing original packaging, we reserve the right to decline the return or deduct a value for diminished condition.
- Items that are non‑returnable (for hygiene, safety or custom reasons) will be flagged at the time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide clear photo evidence if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
- Return shipping will be borne by you, except in cases of our error (wrong item shipped, or defect on arrival).
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request.
- If approved:
- Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Refund is credited via the original payment method.
- Exchanges: A replacement will be shipped once we receive the item and inspect it. Shipping time for the replacement depends on stock and destination.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non‑refundable, unless we are at fault. Any bank or payment gateway fees incurred originally may not be refundable.
- If the returned item shows a reduction in value (e.g., missing accessories, damaged packaging), we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
5. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you (including return shipping).
- Please keep original packaging and do not discard the item before we resolve the issue.
6. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Consumables, sealed items (e.g., sealed cables or accessories) whose hygiene or safety seal is broken.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, alteration, or by external causes.
- Items returned after the 7‑day window.
- Items missing original packaging, accessories or invoice.
7. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. Once the item has shipped, cancellation must be processed as a return (see above).
- If we cancel an order (e.g., due to unavailability), we will refund you in full including shipping charges (if any).
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item).
- For exchanges, return shipping may be borne by you; however, we strive to offer as seamless a process as possible.
9. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds to credit/debit cards or bank transfers may take up to 5–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds via other payment methods (e‑wallets, UPI, cash on delivery) may take extra time depending on the payment provider.
- If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us.
10. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the website at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
